- Do not TAKE ice.
- No smoking pls. * To ur husband if his smoking
- Do not take NASI LEMAK.
- No fast food
- Take vitamin *consult with ur doctor first
- Have a healthy & schedule makan time *looks like asrama. No skipping meal. Breakfast is the king of the day.
- No tea tarik pls! Too sweet!
- No JAMU, no MEDICINE taken without consult from ur doctor.
- Take a scheduled ANMUN for pregnant mother
- Chill & Relax.
- No stress!Please dont keep ur self so stress in whatever u are up to.
- Have a good nap. Bila tak dapat tidur, must put a pillow under ur leg dear.
- Dont carry things even u think its not heavy!
- No nenas pls!
- Since this is ur first timer after waiting so long ( now we know what does it meant by "penantian satu penyeksaan" right!)- PLEASE DONT BE AGRESSIVE IN WHAT EVER U DO* paham-paham sendiri. I malu nak explain. hehehe.
