- No JAMU, no MEDICINE taken without consult from ur doctor.
- Take a scheduled ANMUN for pregnant mother
- Chill & Relax.
- No stress!Please dont keep ur self so stress in whatever u are up to.
- Have a good nap. Bila tak dapat tidur, must put a pillow under ur leg dear.
- Dont carry things even u think its not heavy!
